CARING SERVICE GROUP
Caring Service Group was established in 2010 with the primary goal of purchasing Funeral Home businesses. Combined, we have over 60 years of experience and specialize in all categories pertaining to the funeral industry. We are privileged to purchase family run businesses not only preserving legacies but continuing to provide the same dignified care to the communities.
When we founded Cano Funeral Home, our mission was to serve our community the best way possible, to provide all our families services with dignity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or beliefs. We had much pride being able to serve our diverse community, and we were grateful for the trust and confidence they placed in us. When we began thinking about retirement, our concern was for the funeral home to maintain that mission. As we considered successors for Cano Funeral Home, what was of utmost priority was that the needs of such a diverse community continued to be met with excellence. We felt very comfortable as we began the sales negotiations and getting acquainted with The Caring Service Group through Andrey Semenyuk. As we got to know the group better, we were confident that they were a good fit for our business. The negotiations and sale process went smoothly and was conducted in a very professional manner. The transition has been one of cooperation and respect for each other. We highly recommend doing business with the Caring Service Group. We have found them to be people of honesty and integrity.
When it was time for us to sell our Chapel of the Twin Cities funeral home, we were contacted by Andrey Semenyuk of Caring Service Group in Folsom to purchase the business. Our contact with Andrey and associates was always respectful, courteous and polite. They went out of their way to be professional and accommodating. We didn’t need to worry about payments which were never late or missed. It was obvious to us immediately they were honest and reliable people to deal with. The final transfer of the title went smoothly because of their help in insuring all documents were available without any delays. We would highly recommend doing business with Caring Service Group in any capacity because of their honesty and professional dealings.
Caring Service Group actually cares about their employees’ lives and lifestyles. It pushes us to be the best of who we are, striving for forwardness in the industry without losing family values. A corporation that still operates like a family owned business with the personalization and open mind to customers.
It has been a privilege to work for Caring Service Group. The owners inspire me to do my best and to constantly think of ways to innovate to better serve the families that walk through the door. Ownership is always available and accessible. I definitely feel like Caring Service Group leads the industry.
I thoroughly enjoy working as a member of the Caring Service Group Team– and it truly feels like a team! Staff and management work together to maintain a positive work environment while providing the best service to families. CSG management encourages creativity and welcomes ideas while both giving and taking constructive criticism. The environment here is professional yet comfortable and caring, as well. Honesty, integrity, respect, and consideration are not only preached but practiced and that’s very important to me. Caring Service Group isn’t just interested in the company’s success; but is also invested in the professional success of each team member. Who could ask for more?
CSG has done an exceptional job of fostering an energetic work environment that values innovation. Ownership has transparent communication with its employees and is genuinely receptive to new ideas. In the short time I have been here, I have seen both physical and systematical changes made to the company, based solely on the recommendations of current employees. Perhaps the best attribute of CSG is the amount of money that ownership pours back into the company. Watching the leadership regularly investing back into the business instills confidence in the employees for the trajectory of this company. I am genuinely proud to be a part of what is happening here and excited to see just how much this company can grow.
It has meant a lot to me to be able to reconnect with my family in Caring Service Group. At a young age I was able to see them take care of a brother I lost at an early age. Caring Service Group offered my direct family a lot of compassion during a very difficult time. It makes me very grateful to be able to experience a new job that I would never have thought would be my career path. It also has taken my wife out the fast food business and be able to stay home and take care of our two kids, Adam and Mila. Both my wife, Vanessa, and I are very Uplifted by this. Vanessa now can raise our two kids without having to worry about an extra income. To be able to help families at the time of need and help them in any way I can is rewarding. Thank you Caring service group for the opportunity.
Working for Caring Service Group has been an amazing experience. Being with the company for only two years, I have learned so much about not only the business but about myself. This company had believed in me and has giving me the confidence to be where I am today. Thank you caring service group for giving me the opportunity to pursue my dreams.
Caring Service Group is a young and ambitious company that always keeps
growing and seems to have the wind in its sails. The culture within the company is
friendly and inviting. It’s hard to work here and not have a sense of optimism for the future. #ThisIsTheWinner
I have been working for Caring Service Group for six years now and every day has been an adventure. The management is supportive, enabling, and caring for the business and us as individuals and our personal families. These character traits pass down to all the employees which creates an amazing working environment and allows us to serve families, that entrust us with their loved ones, with the same care and compassion.
I’ve been in the funeral industry for 20 years. My father owned his own funeral home. I worked part time and on call for several years. In 2013 I was hired on full time and was able to work side by side with my father. He taught me everything he knows. By 2016 my father had decided to retire and after multiple negotiations he felt great peace with selling his beloved business to Caring Service Group. I was extremely nervous but committed to continue to serve the community I had grown to love. Caring Service group gave me the opportunity to prove myself and run a place that means so much to me.
In the short time that we’ve worked together I’ve been blessed. I have a great staff and have made a lot of friends throughout the company. They have proved time and time again that hard work truly pays off. They have motivated me to be better not only at work but in my home. I am grateful for all they have provided for me, my family and my staff. I look forward to many more years to come.
I have been working for the CSG Group 4 years now and this position has been the most rewarding job I’ve ever been blessed to have. I have the honor and privilege to be able to help families in the most difficult time of their lives and I honestly could not see myself doing anything else. I am able to help, genuinely care and provide numerous services to our families who are in need which is why working for the CSG Group is a great fit for me. My coworkers and I have a great dynamic, the atmosphere is loving, and I look forward to many more years and many more families to help by God’s grace.
I am proud and honored to work for Caring Service Group. I love that our services aren’t tedious, but rather intentional and purposeful. There is a reason behind every task we do, and our end goal is to serve families with compassion.
Caring Service Group manifests integrity, humbleness, and empowerment. What better than these things to care for hundreds of families dealing with grief during such difficult times in their lives. As manager of one of the Caring Service Group locations I can honestly say I am proud of what I do and who I work for. Under the leadership of Andrey, Igor, and Lorin I feel supported when needed but also empowered to find solutions on my own. They understand that true leadership is by growing and building others to be leaders of their own. Their direct honesty towards me is refreshing as I never need to guess about what they truly expect of me. I look forward to each day as I am proud that our team truly cares for each family that walks through our doors.
